Statflo does not offer a self-serve API portal. API credentials are issued manually by your Account Manager as part of the account provisioning process.
Steps
1. Confirm you have an active Statflo account
API access is tied to your organization's Statflo subscription. You'll need to be an existing customer or in active onboarding.
2. Identify your Customer Success contact
Check your onboarding emails or Statflo dashboard for your assigned Account Manager. If you don't have one, reach out through general Statflo support to get routed to the right person.
3. Submit your API access request
Email or message your Account Manager with the following details:
- Company/account name
- Description of the integration (e.g., CRM sync, internal tool, custom app)
- Names and emails of team members who should receive credentials
Note: They will follow up with a direct call to the organization contacts.
4. Sign any required agreements
Depending on your contract tier, an API addendum or updated terms may be required before credentials are issued.
5. Receive your credentials
We will share your API key through a secure channel. Confirm with us how it will be delivered. Avoid receiving or storing keys in plain email.
6. Store your key securely
Treat your API key like a password. Use a secrets manager or environment variables. Never hardcode it or commit it to source control.
Note: Because Statflo handles sensitive customer data under compliance frameworks (TCPA, CASL, SOC 2, PIPEDA), the Account team may ask qualifying questions before issuing access.
